If your dog might display the following behaviour during class, he might not be suitable for group training classes. Kindly, please contact us to discuss before signing up.

Fear in public spaces, or of unfamiliar people and/or dogs.
Agression/tension from the presence of unfamiliar dogs and/or people (including, but not limited to, stiffening, staring, lunging, growling, barking, snapping and biting), also out of fear.
Agression/tension in the presence of bones/food/toys (including, but not limited to, stiffening, staring, lunging, growling, barking, snapping and biting)

Excessive excitement/frustration in the vicinity of other dogs – where play / interaction is not allowed.

Excessive barking (e.g. in moments of excitement, frustration, or attention-seeking)

Refuse to take treats (through tension/excitement) when unfamiliar people/dogs are in the vicinity.

Attention: Should we discover these problems during class, you may thereby forfeit your place in the course, without any recourse for reimbursement.

Important: This rarely occurs to a problematic extent in young puppies (under 12 weeks). Exclusion without a refund does not apply to this age group. It is completely normal for your puppy to find it difficult to stay calm during class. If you have any concerns about aggression, fear, etc., please let us know.
