We did the Obedience 1 course here, with Svetlana as our trainer. She was a great teacher: patient yet clear, and always ready to lighten the mood with anecdotes about training her own dogs. The size of the group was just right, location was good (easy parking!) and besides the main teacher there was always someone lending a hand and giving extra advice. Recommended!

I attended the obedience course before and found the school’s compassionate approach excellent. Every training is based on how we can motivate the dog to be a willing participant, rather than making them do what humans want. This underlying philosophy was distinctive to some courses I attended before. A year after the obedience course, I also sought the behaviour consultation to tackle issues that got worse recently (play-aggression and sensitivity to street noise). Laure-Anne was again super resourceful with lots of information and ideas. In addition to her professional knowledge, she is also a helpful and encouraging person which is a big plus. Overall, highly recommended!
