We have recently completed Oh my dog’s obedience course and I high recommend it. First of all, they teach your dog cues which are actually useful in your daily life. Secondly, the vision of the school is fantastic: you learn to teach your dog to listen to you in a way that is respectful to the dog, making sure the dog wants to, and does, listen. Zero intimidation. My puppy and I came to omd after following lessons in another dog training school. We used to come back home from that first school feeling down, and not having learnt anything new. With OhMyDog, on the other hand, she just couldn’t wait to get there. We also found the support we got fantastic. We experienced a bit of a set-back due to my puppy’s health problems, and they showed so much understanding and gave us great tips. Finally, this course teaches you the principles behind dog learning, so that you can teach your dog lots of new things at home too, the right way. My labradoodle used to hate being brushed and groomed and she wouldn’t let me. Now, she just stays close, relaxed and happy.
