I attended the obedience course before and found the school’s compassionate approach excellent. Every training is based on how we can motivate the dog to be a willing participant, rather than making them do what humans want. This underlying philosophy was distinctive to some courses I attended before. A year after the obedience course, I also sought the behaviour consultation to tackle issues that got worse recently (play-aggression and sensitivity to street noise). Laure-Anne was again super resourceful with lots of information and ideas. In addition to her professional knowledge, she is also a helpful and encouraging person which is a big plus. Overall, highly recommended!
