Hi LaureAnne, I think it’s about a year ago that you came and helped Pip and I and just wanted to let you know she has been amazingly well behaved ever since (I might have jinxed it now…). Not sure if I am applying your techniques exactly as you tried to teach me, I get the timing wrong more often than not, but it is definitely working for the both of us, so a big thanks is in order!!
