Yesterday Laure-Anne gave a interesting lecture about behaviour modification. She explained the theory behind behaviour modification very well, using scientific references and practical examples. The two protocols she addressed can be easily used in veterinary practices. Laure-Anne is an enthusiastic speaker with sound knowledge and a lot of experience in her area of expertise. I was very happy I could attend this lecture.
