Enkele lessen geleden was het weer verkleeddag op OhMyDog!
Dit is een oefening die we uitvoeren om aan de pups te laten wennen aan alles en nog wat op het gebied van kleding. En we bedoelen echt ALLES ; P
Dit is een oefening die u thuis kan uitvoeren, zodat de pup een uniform, of een burqa, of wat dan ook, helemaal niet raar vindt, en dus zich als een gentleman (of lady!) blijft gedragen.
Zoals alle gewenningsoefeningen bij OhMyDog, laat hem wennen op zo een manier dat hij het merkt, maar NIET ERG VINDT.
It was carnival time again at OhMyDog a couple of weeks ago.
We do the fancy dress exercise to teach the pups to find any type of clothing totally normal. And we really mean ANY type of clothing. ; P
You can carry out this exercise at home too, so the pup continues to behave like his gentleman/lady self, even in the presence of a uniform or a burqa, or whatever.
Like everything we do at OhMyDog, the mantra continues to be: introduce the pup in such a way that he notices the clothing, but DOES NOT MIND.
