Laure-Anne is knowledgeable and professional while maintaining a warmth that makes it feel like you’re a team, rather than expert and student. She gave us great advice without making us feel judged. The weekly report card system is excellent, continuing the tailored advice. Altogether a supportive and encouraging behaviourist who we will use again.
