Laure-Ann gave us great advice how to handle our 1 year old welsh springer spaniel. In the sessions she showed a very positive and enthousiastic approach to our dog and to us. We learned a lot. Afterwards we received the tips and instructions in writing, which is very helpfull. Since the sessions ended she stayed in touch to monitor the progress. This is highly appreciated.
